Great start!
Piggybacking off Eyawiin's statement- To avoid symmetry, you can calculate how lighting would effect it.

For example, Minish Cap has a wise usage of Lighting to avoid keeping the trees symmetrical by making it so that the Right side of the tree sprite is darker. This makes the Left side of the tree have a certain amount of more detail, giving it more distinguishable patterns, if that makes sense!

The base for the animation is solid so far- Colouring seems to be the next appropriate step. Can't wait to see progress!

Nice work!
The run cycle you created has a lot of character to it.
Eevee's evolutionary line is supposedly (Some sources claim otherwise) based off Fennec foxes, of which the animation you created looks quite accurate to, in terms of how they run.

I don't think there are any negative criticisms that say, can't wait to see it coloured!

Shortened it.  I'm starting to think I should rework the slash.  It doesn't have the effect I want.

Also changed Pink's punch so it's more of a hook.  It's based on Alex's from Third Strike in an effort to make it look a bit heavier.

I'm loving the smoothness of all of these animations.
I do feel that the Ending to the Punch should be faster (Or remove frames I suppose). I understand you want it to feel heavy, but the initiation to the punch I feel is where it shows how heavy the punch will be. You've given a lot of emphasis, power and weight to the startup of the punch, and I feel it's not required to have so many frames for the end of the punch.

General Discussion / I need tips/information on starting a project

Hey, So much like other people on these forums, I have a game idea.
I want to ask a few questions that I have on my mind:

-When in the process of finding programmers (Or any other team-member for that matter), how do I convey the idea I have without giving to much information? (Or better yet, how do NDAs apply here?)
-Is there a Process to creating Non-Disclosure agreements? Or can an individual just write one up and so long as the other person signs the agreement, it's approved?

Minor questions:

-Tips on increasing the popularity of a product? (Sites I can share the development on?)
-Good places to find programmers?  (I feel this forum is more Artus-oriented)

Thanks in advance!

So here is what I got:

For me it's really better without that noise.. Any other advice?

P.S.: I made a little change on the old log wood, just smoothed a line.

Already a vast improvement in my opinion.
Here's my take on the dirt:
