Kickass, snake, as usual. Get a pixeljoint account or a webpage already!
Many thanks.

I'm not sure if I understand the purpose of Pixeljoint. I was under the impression that it's sort of a slightly smaller, Pixel-version of Deviantart.

Have been planning a site for years, just never get around to it because I can't make up my mind for a layout.  :P

You sir, are awesome. I'm loving that.

Heh, thank you *bows*

People really have to submit something for the final few slots. I'm allready in, so I can't make any more... Get to work people. *whip*

Here I am working nightshifts to finish up on exams, and here you are making good challenges when I'm not around.  :-[

Started on one and then I noticed that there were several palettes. Had to try the rest of 'em.

Ace Spades: Professional gutter and allround not niceguy.

...marks the spot... Loved this palette

...Rargh?...

Was working on the city-palette, but it didn't really work out. Couldn't make any good use of the colours, but I might try again later on though.
Can't wait for the next one.

I'm surpriesd that you changed the leg from the way it was in the first wip picture. It's nothing wrong with sitting the way he does now, but he's slightly off balance. You should probably tilt his upper body a bit forward.

Also, there's not really any clear shadows here, just semi pillow-shading. I see you have a lightsourse from the top(slightly right side), you should make some shadows to indicate that further. And on a side note, you have to make up your mind if you want to use black outlines or not, as the blade looks out of place compared to the rest of the character and visa-versa.

General Discussion / Re: Isocity

I had actually made a house for Isocity a while ago. Not sure if I want to use it though as it didn't really say anything about me or what I do. I guess I tried to match the style of the rest.

Might make a new one, but I wouldn't have much to link to other than my DeviantART page.

Cooked up a few things while at work.

The standard Arthur sprite, as requested. However, the bosses tend to be a bit bigger and meaner. Therefore, I imagine Arthur suddenly gets possessed by some demon thing after the initial fight and then mutates into:

Demon Arthur! (Insert dramatic music).

Didn't really plan his looks, just made it up as I went along. Noticed he looks a bit like nightmare from Soul Calibur, but no matter. All the colours were taken from the Arthur and Demon sprite because I haven't figured out how to get pure 16 bit colour yet. (I've never needed to).

The DC style has a lot of pillowshading and a lot of contrasts, something I'm not a big fan of. I kept the contrasts, but I've purposely avoided pillowshading as long as it somewhat still resembles the style. Feel like I need to wash my hands or something...

And on the second day, god required pants. And thus, there were pants. Pants for teh win.

Had to do this. Chuckled a bit when I saw Shiggy, Satoru and Reggie in the game demo. Maybe we could do them next?

General Discussion / Re: e3

Must. Have. Wii. Now!

This years E3 has been nothing short of fantastic. Just found out about Smash Bros Brawl and I  think my brain is still jumping in glee somewhere around here. (Pit, wario and Snake!) Not to mention Mario Galaxies, Twilight Princess, Exite Truck, Metroid Prime 3, Red Steel. The DS had a bunch of surprises as well. A new Starfox! (Looks like they finally got onto using the controllsystem from Starfox 2.) Never saw the sequel to Yoshi's island comming.

Ugh... I could just keep talking. I'll wait with a thorough analysis of the event once I stop foaming at the mouth.
