Pixel Art Feature Chest / GR#178 - Endless Runner Character - Animation

Hi guys, I was asked to create character and animations for a running game. Soon after that, game was cancelled due to lack of money :crazy:, but I liked my design and decided to continue to work on it just for fun. I was aiming for simplistic and interesting design. Here are two test characters, and running animation (btw when I made it, I realize that this was my first running animation ever :) ). Animation is still WIP and I'm not sure if I need to add couple more frames. Current "dust" form is just a temporary solution.  :)

Hi guys. I'm planing to print this pixel art on the mug as a present for my girlfriend, but I'm kinda stuck with this design. I want it to be simple (not to realistic) and cute. It's not based on any photo.I would like to hear ideas how to overall improve this.
This is what I have so far.


I need to clean it, add some simple AA, and maybe draw some heart.

Every comment is appreciated.  ;D

It's still WIP, but I'm not very satisfied with her face. Any idea how to make it more "womanly"? Also any advice about posture and shading is very appreciated.  ;D

Pixel Art Feature Chest / GR#153 - Silent Hill - Characters for Animation

Hi guys.
For a long time, I'm planing to create Silent Hill short animation that looks like sidescroller. I created Nurse sprite, I'm satisfied but I also think that it can be better.

I want to improve my sprite for a start, but I've also post animation test and mockup just so you can see my basic idea. Every comment is appreciated. :D

Hi guys,
I want to create character for the side scroller puzzle/shooting game. This is the very beginning of my work, and I'm trying to create the basic style of characters. The rest of the characters will be based on the style of this one.

These are random versions of main character who is a human test subject in some laboratory. He has chest implant that enables him to move things using telekinesis. The shapes above them are just variations of chest piece. I don't want this to be to complicated sprite with ton of details, and I would like to preserve this resolution. I like what I've created, but I still think that this can be improved.

Hi guys, this is the first time I'm trying to create pixel art with anti-aliasing. It's still WIP, but I would like to hear your comments and advices. In my humble opinion I think that it's pretty good so far...  ;D
