I dont do much realistic art myself, but i can tell you to me it seems you made the lips a bit too large, as well as the eyes. The eyes also seem a bit too large, and almost a little too bulgy.

I could post the reference if you'd like. Excuse the bad dithering, it was a practice. Not exactly a love interest, just some girl i saw on this one forum. You may have to adjust your brightness settings, and maybe even take it into a program with a darker background, sorry for that.

Honestly i think the cheek looks worse when it's all smuged like that, but the marking on the forhead, i'd center it a bit more, it looks like its a bit too much on the left side of his face.

Well, since they're all bald, i'm going to assume you're talking about the human and elf templates. Honestly, that was a really quick, stolen pallette, i plan on changing it eventually. Also, thanks for the c+c. As for the tiling, we have someone else doing the tiling now so you dont have to worry about commenting on that now.
