very cool, I like it a lot already!  :D :y:
there is only one thing that bothered me a little, is the horizontal line you have on the top right part (with two darker pixel on it)
like this I don't really know if it's painted or a crease... for a crease, I think the line should be darker.. I did a small edit,
(edited other stuff more for fun than necessary but maybe will give you ideas ^^)

keep it up, can't wait to see more of this game!  ;)

I don't know if I should use darker or lighter color.. it depends of the background right? ???

Indeed, the moon by itself is very well done.. As part of the picture, I wonder if it doesn't have too much contrast though..
It's only after reading your comment CAG that I saw the "cloud".. For me it looked more like a bloby solid stuff than a vaporous gazeous thing...
I think it's because of the shading... it looks like it got some specular/shining on it (with the blue reflection of the moon ) and shouldn't have imho.
the lightnings could have more "branches" too maybe?
the BG looks good to me (i'm no pro though) ,stars AA etc..  :y:
