very well done!
my only points of crit are outlines to be fixed. right nipple (left from viewer point) should be moved slightly. His breastpart looks very flat. Perhaps bring it out somewhat?
Slightly too tall legs? the part from knee and down is good.

I see the main problem as shading.
Try sitting like that yourself.. Having your arm infront of your leg like that and trying to play guitar should be pretty awkward. He should lean more forward and his hand should be placed even further to the right (his right hand&arm should be moved closer to his left...) if it's supposed to be a decent comfy form.

Gah, I can't find the original lines and who made them. But I'll update this post with'em, I promise.
Was fun playing around, and I think I changed around the original lines quite a bit, after a while I got into the normal flow and started tweaking it as if it were my own. Hope that's okay.
EDIT: Man, just can't find it. Does anyone else have any idea?
EDIT2: A little bird whispered in my ear that the lines are made by Elrnith. So credits~!
Wow impressive! Yeah.. I screwed up and didn't save the lines. I had a webserver school computer and stored them there.. But I forgot to store the lines.
But REALLY awesome take at the lines! with really nice lighting and environment

if you want him to represent how a real male could look the anatomy is incorrect in the sideview. his legs seem far too short. compare your arm length with your leg length and you will see he needs longer legs. maybe move up his waist a bit in the side view? other than that.. very nice!

REALLY nice edit.. good work. I like how the old skin palette was removed and how the muscles were corrected. looks great. tho his face looks really glossy now like he's made outta plastic or so. and did he have a scar above his left eye?
