cleaned and AAed ( used only one dark shade of the lineart's color coz of the small size of the pic )

about the highlights, use a yellowish white shade on the clothes
as in white with a tint of yellow
and start the highlights with dithering instead of solid fills
from his position i feel that u want him to be a zombie or something creepy
for zombie use greenish skin
and if u want a ghost kind of baby, use real light skin color
