Currently trying myself on some bushes, shrubs and other plants. Still I can't really get it right. Not sure what I am doing wrong either.

Pixel Art / Why are the colours so bad?

I reworked these tiles a couple of times, because at the beginning I just noised everything.
But now everytime I look at it, it kinda hurts my eyes?
Is this only me? And what can I do better with the palette?
