Pixel Art / KoS fighter...again ( FINSHED SPRITE )
« on: August 22, 2006, 10:29:33 pm »
Yes, its another KoS topic. It's probably my 5th concept for a fighter but I like this one a lot, and think it can finnaly make it to the final product. Right now its a major WIP, but I just wanna take care of any anatomy issues before I go on any further. Gotta make sure I look right.  ;)

I know there's no color, but can anyone help me make the dreads more distinguished?

Pixel Art / Summon Dragon - "Ma"
« on: August 03, 2006, 06:12:29 am »
Many hours of pixel placement, sweat, tears, and reading St0ven's tutorial are just some of the few key ingredients used to create this piece. C & C are appreciated as this is my first piece of such a large stature.

Pixel Art / Renkujo - One of the cast of warriors
« on: July 21, 2006, 06:16:08 am »
Another redo of an old peice. C & C are appriciated.

OLD    /     NEW     /   EDIT ( 7/21/06 )

I'm really proud of myself for finishing this peice. The pose was very hard to set up and coloring the pants was such a pain in the ass, that I almost gave up on it. I'm really glad I didn't. I used these sprites as references and for help.

The sword is still WIP. I still need to finish it, but I'm not sure to approach it.

Pixel Art / Afro + Martial Arts
« on: July 16, 2006, 05:14:23 am »
Decided to do a peice with a normal anatomy for a change.

I like the outcome but it just doesn't look and feel right. Any thoughts on how to improve?

A while back I tried to use pocket fighter style with my SNK fighter for Scuba's King of Spriter's 2006.
Here he is:

I liked pixeling him so I decided to give him a makeover:
   <--- Old / New ---->

Any C&C to help me improve?

*Edited*

@Ptoing - I think I fixed a bit. Maybe you would like to give me some more advice on how to reduce my selout?

Pixel Art / Rodentinator Line-Art
« on: June 24, 2006, 09:24:17 am »
I've always wanted to do an animal based robot so today I seized the opprotunity. I know it's just a lineart and its pretty messy at this stage but can you give me some help? Yes I know the muscle groups are insane, that's how I wanted it, but other than that can you give me some enlightment? C & C are welcomed. I call him..... Rodentinator!

And here's just a progress animation

Well, I'm working on a new avatar that hopefully will come out well. I just wanted to know if my anatomy was straight first before I moved on.  C+C are well appreciated.

Some Afro, Kung fu guy inspired by me watching Undercover Brother a few nights ago. Can ya dig it?
