Pixel Art / Lights (on a building)

Hello! So i'm doing a building but i don't understand how should i apply light in here, it just look so white overall but i'm not sure if it would make more sense to add more light even though i guess would be in some way necessary? And the lights on top of the building look so so..

what can i do?

Hi all! Has been a long time since i posted on this forum (more than 10 years..). Lately i went back to some of my interests and rediscovered the pleasure of pixel art. So i went around and digged out all my previous works. I hope to create new one soon! Life is always going different directions apparently! Thank you!
