Pixel Art / Overwatch Pixel Art
« on: November 14, 2017, 11:32:12 pm »
I've been working on a bunch of Overwatch sprites. Feedback/critique welcome. :D
I'm doing the black line-art style rather than colored or no outlines, except for exceptions to some detail spots (eyes) and any light/effects (ie. fire). I guess the proportions aren't very uniform either, I was trying to do big head small body but the head gets smaller along the way XD
Will update more as I get to them.

Pixel Art / [WIP] My Hero Academia
« on: May 14, 2017, 11:40:46 pm »
Pretty close to done besides some color tweaking, logo and other details. Please ignore the stray black/clear pixel on the eye. The final is a poster version (for print)...
But here is a reformatted FB banner version! All the sprites are standalone, so while it's easy to move around, they don't quite fit neatly together in a composition as I'd like.

Can post progress/timelapse pics if anyone is interested.

Pixel Art / Aurora Animation Thread :D
« on: January 27, 2013, 01:42:27 pm »
Current wip of the girl running (also included past running sprite for Gowe, pronounced "Go")

For those who remember Aurora, the bulk of the animation is complete! Since it's suppose to be "in-game" simulation, "dirty tooling" for Mode 7 and additive blending layers will be present. As well as some set in Pseudo-3d space (argh, enlarged pixels!?) But for this gif, I kept it clean. Used a lot of Gundam/Super Robot for reference. More to come!

First off... I had no idea pixelation still exists!

I posted this over at PJ, but it shouldn't to get more feedback. This is a pixel poster (but for 11x17in print) as part of a promo for a music video I'm doing. The MV itself is for a local artist, and will be styled int he form of an arcade game (Think scott pilgrim).
