Hey DieMango, I didn't see much problem on the head not fitted into the body?
I think the small problem is related to the plate armor shape and lighting, that for me, a little bit confusing on directing the torso shape.  :)

Or I am looking at the wrong issue?

I think having more highlights color , especially in the middle area of the bridge will emphasize that the middle part of the bridge is higher than the rest.  :)
For the texture, because it's made of stone, I think a noisy, scattered pixel dot gonna do just fine.

At first look of the image, I thought the char is on "ready to battle" stance, with both hand readying and leg stance preparing for something. Until I read that this is an idle stance.
Kroan gaves great example on idle stance  ;)

1.Very light shading that darker as it reach the floor
2.Paint stain
3.Some pillar

I think the big part is covered by most of the replies, but let me added some basic part also  :)
-Many similar color (car, parking ground, 1st floor) & (door and 2nd floor)
-Try a better & simple  car angle

Maybe could use some better perspective work?  :)
It looks like the well and the rock smelter (the round thing on the roof) does not share the same perspective.
