I really like how it is going, I was starting with making a lot of apples as well. It was like my 10th apple which resembled really well real one. Keep trying. Don't pillow shade it, #3 was your best go in my opinion. Have fun =)

A lot to read, a lot to learn. I read everything and even saved this as I will probably come back to these pointers really often to avoid mistakes I made and try to do it better. I am very thankful for your detailed critique and giving me good examples. I will try my best to improve and add new pixels after my finals. Thanks !

Thanks for your opinion ! I definitely agree with you. You skipped sixth I think ? Work on shapes and make sure that they are good to go as I start shading, work on light (hard part !), try to use interesting colors and make colors have enough contrast with each other. I AM REALLY BAD WITH PERSPECTIVES ! Points noted ! Thanks once again for pointing out these things, I appreciate it, you are awesome, make sure to drop in and see how I improve in future (after my finals I will make sure to draw at least 4 hours daily) !

I must say that I love this SPACE PANZER sprite sheet and animation. It feels really smooth and will certainly fit the game. I wish I could make something like that !

Is it me or I find there some Final Fantasy Tactics (which I love !) style ? I really like it, I can't tell what is wrong with it (if anything is). For me those look really good !

I would advice on looking into Wes's sprite and check difference which is really big. He fixed main visual problems in your character and made it look really amazing ! Nice concept though. Is she a fairy or Sylph ?

Some colors don't suit. Light blue is too light and hurts my eyes, I am not sure about shading. Blue haired guy has shadow coming from right top row and everything else or only from south, then again faces are bright but this floating brain thingy has it dark. I don't like hair somehow, feels unnatural. Good work though, really nice ideas ! I will look into your progress :)

It kind of makes leg on the back static and looks like he is jumping on one leg. Try to make legs in different color so we can see which is near and which is further

Hello ! I am not an expert so I will just give you simple what-I-see and what-I-would-want-to-see kind of talk.

So character's hair looks unnatural, you should make it shorter I guess. Left arm and legs are mixing up with clothes too.
Not sure if it should or shouldn't have bigger/any feet. Left hand looks strange. Also darker colors could resemble more of ekhm, darker color but not the same, I guess for red it would be purple etc. Character looks as character though and resembles red haired big boobed hunter so it's not that bad !

As for animation, right hand is stretching unnatraly, left is bouncing strangely and you can see pixels then it comes to legs. You have a long way but keep practicing and what is the most important have fun doing it !

I tried not to be harsh, please don't lynch me ! Also you can ignore my opinion as I am not a professional, just beginner like you  :P
