Pixel Art / [C+C] Fat Ogre Boss (My first original creature :P)

Hello, guys. I wanna show you my first original sprite of a boss i made. I'd like to hear your critics, cause I'd like to improve!
I give you permission to be hard lmao.  :crazy:


My weak point are shadows and palettes. If you can give me some advices, i'll be very grateful.  ;)

I didn't find any forum about pixel art in my mother tongue, so i had to enter here for improving my skill in pixel art stuff.
I'm from Spain, but i hope we can understand each other despite my bad english lol
