The B.O.B: Well. First of all, you not liking the design I honestly dont really care about. I myself am not a big fan of big wobbly titties tho and I plan to size them down. Ninja? No. As for the contrast stuff I guess thats a matter of personal opinion but yea. I totally agree with you about the face being too small in the portrait and the tits being too big. Big tits... meh. :P Thanks for the comments dude.

Helm: I honestly don't understand what you mean by that... Explain further what you mean with "all the facial characteristics being clustered at the bottom of the face". Cheers!

Sadly enuff univ studies are back on and it might take a while before I get a chance to correct all these things and actually pixel at all. But again, thanks for all the comments guys.

I was bored tonight and had nothing better to do than pixel... I'm guessing it lacks a bit in shading in the lower legs on the biggest one, plus the legs are sort of posed in a strange way on the smaller ones...

So other than that, crits are welcome!

The red stuff isnt finished yet and thereof the lack of texture on it atm. also the "trees" which arnt trees arnt done yet either, but please butcher whats been done so far. ;)

I finally got my wacom working again, so I sketched a bit and came up with a neat silhuette that I decided to color.

Adarias: True. I just wanted mention that it wouldnt be that much of a problem to know what part of the UWVs that corresponds to what part of the model.

That looks pretty good apart from the edge highlights. I used to do highlights like that myself when I started doing 3d stuff and it DOES get very buisy when the models are animated. Even in games like Quake 3 or even HL2.

Helm: in most 3d apps you can see the UWV sheet and the model at the same time. So you can probably select the polys in the UWV window and it will show the selection on the model.
