Heres an attacking animation that I'm pretty much finished with.  I'm going to add in a little bit more detail
with the shadows but I wanted to see if anyone saw any major faults in it. thanks for the help.

looks great but the one thing that bothers me is the acid gun shooting.  It looks like liquid at first but then it looks like its a rope.  You made the liquid all stay together too much the whole way through. There are a few things i noticed that were strange about it.  The last drops of the acid fall behind the gun. Unless there was a strong wind blowing that couldn't happen.  The last drops have almost no thrust at all. and i don't think the stream should fall backwards. it should reach its maximum distance and fall forward constantly to the ground  I think i would make the last of the stream shoot out a little further or make it separate into smaller drips and and fall on the ground. I still think it just needs some randomness in it.  Try to look at every few pixels and clump them in your mind as single drops and think how where they would go. Thats my advice but nobody else seemed to mention anything about it.  Great work keep going!

did some massive work on him. My coder and I are in a dispute.  He thinks that his body looks too small when every he turns to slide and goes to combat stance.  I think there is maybe something wrong but im not sure i dont think that it is too bad but maybe there is something there that you guys might pick out, any crits are welcome. Thanks for the help. Hope you like it.

looks good but i think that the foot closest to the viewer is turned strange.  It looks like the tip of his foot is pointing at me and it should be pointing forward. Right now it looks to me like he is limping with a crooked foot but i like the character and animation alot. I think fixing the foot should make it look more natural. Great work though!

thats a really sharp angle , kinda makes me a little sick to my stomach from dizziness but it looks very cool. the waterfall looks great. I think that the character needs a sharper angle too it to fit into the world.  I think more of the top of him needs to be shown.

i tried adding some shadows and i think its getting more depth. I dont want to spend too much time on this since it is just one tree and i have more important parts in the game to create art for.  Do you think the shadows are good or should I add more/ different shadows? Thanks for the help.

i think that the close tree on the right needs work on the roots.they kinda look like weird thumbs right now.  I think you need to make them less rounded near the end so it looks like they are going into the ground and not resting on top of the ground. Not sure how to make it more mystical, maybe add some more colorful large flowers or some floating glowing orbs or glowing flowers.
