I like this. Though I think you need a bit more contrast in your palette, like this;

It makes everything a bit more readable.

You're off on a good start! Though I would like to see more contrast in your palette, stronger colors! Also, dithering is not necessary  on the towers since they are so small. Other than that keep at it  :)
