Isometrics?

on: September 02, 2011, 04:49:17 pm
I recently did a video, not a tutorial, just me talking over what I was drawing that day and I was wondering what I can do to improve my isometric art? I highly used banding in this video which was before I read an article about it. Tell me what you guys think?

As I've said in your other topic, you need some contrast to you character, he looks dull, And those cracks on the floor could be done better: one thing that makes them look SO fake is that they're divided by the ring's ropes, ('cause you drew the ropes first, so you didn't draw the cracks over them).

You could detail the seats some more, add some scratches or something to the ring to make it look worn out as it should be, and work on your character some more.

The font is pretty bad too : p
