My little guy and fire and ghosty

Haven't posted in here or actually done some pixeling in a while, trying to get back into it again. Its a lot harder than I remember  :blind:

Here a guy and a rough fire anim I made, any advise will be appreciated

Welcome back.

The fire looks like a blob. Think about how fire moves, it's not static with some vibration.

The character looks flat, try some shading.

The gost looks too solid, and the lines are very jaggy.
