You may want to revise the walk-cylce because in it's current form, it feels like a limp?

*The following is opinion-based critique*

Sky:
-requires a lighter tone of blue (Or turquise).
-Where is the sun placed in theory? You don't need to draw in the Sun, but you may want to reflect the lighting source by making lighter blues in the sky, fading into darker blues where the sun is furthest away from (In the current image, the dark blues are closer to the top which makes it feel like the Sun is in an odd place)
-I feel the cloud is a bit odd, try giving it a flatter bottom?

Water:
-Try making the water correlate with the Sky colours. Essentially, you want to use Similar (If not the same) shades in the Sky as you are using in the Water.

Trees/hills:
-Requires more distinction, I cannot tell whether it's Grass, Trees or anything else, maybe defineing the shapes a bit more may help distinguish what it is.

Keep at it! You'll improve in no time!

General Discussion / Re: Recording software
« on: July 26, 2016, 12:17:16 pm »
OpenBroadcasterSoftware (i suggest the studio version) solves a lot of recording needs. It's a good free tool, not without its problems, but certainly well equipped to capture windows or a screen.
Thankyou vm! I'll give it OBS a go.
What Video editor do you use  (If any) ?

General Discussion / Recording software

Hey guys!
I just want to know whether there is a good alternative to Camtasia for recording my screen whilst Animating / Drawing ?
Fraps i've given a shot, but it seems to want to ignore GraphicsGale and is too automated.

Thanks in advance!

The Light-blue tone on the jacket, you may want to make it a bit lighter (In order to pronounce the squares a bit more)
Also, I feel the legs may be a tiny-bit short (Using the arm length as reference).

Good stuff !

Lookin' good, except one thing:
Pokemone sprites DO use dithering, however you seem to have over-used it :D

Good job nonetheless
