i added some detail to the rocks that should make them less boxy:



this is the the kind of feel im going for, like cliffs at the sea (:



i personally don't really like the look of dithering, thats why i didnt do it

Now i will do some variations, changing the side and top tiles too.

Hello, im working on some platformer assets to play around with in gamemaker.

i made a walkcycle and some tiles , id like to know where i can improve/change:







personally i feel like the character and tiles dont really fit togheter, but im unsure why that is.

Hi, im doing a little pixel a day this month, like inktober.

These are the ones i made so far, and i would love some feedback, thoughts, etc...



I got the advice to make small pixelart and limit my colors, so i would think more about the placement of the clusters

The prone pose of the wing is messed up. It's pretty much upside down.

sorry my english isnt too great, with prone do you mean the position its in while walking? or some other during the fly cycle

I looked so long at it i find it hard to see the weak points, maybe you peoples can point them out ;)

So i decided to add another lightsource, a double door that light would fall trough, and reflect on the skeleton to give him some more attention
