please just ditch the NPA elements.

the proportions are a bit strange, particularly in the arms.  I realize that the noble orc warclans are not puny, squishy 'umies, but an anatomical reference might do you good.
A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.

I like the concept :).  The colors almost feel too bright right now.  The trophy head doesn't seem to be hanging, but rather floating--moving the head part closer to the body and dropping it down a bit should help.

The blood coming from the head seems too faint and bright.

The form definition, especially in the muscles in the arms and belly, is really lacking...anatomical reference might do wonders, like Adarias said.

The fabrics and fuzzies are lit...well they aren't lit :P  It makes it feel very flat at those parts.

The metal in the helmet and bracelets could use higher contrast and shine to give a "metallic" feel, you know?

here's something that may help you.  I made it for critique in the past, still applies here.

things to note:
- shoulders are 3 heads wide
- elbows reach about mid-stomack
- the bottom of the pectorials and deltoids tend to follow a straight line
- the collar bone more or less follows a straight line from the top of the shoulders
