Pixel Art / Need some improvement suggestions on my pale pal

He is the first more complex pixel character I made since I started. I want to animate him a little bit, but before I start working, I am really interested in what you guys think of him.
Im happy about any suggestions!  :)

Edit: I just realised that the headline is a bit ambiguous. Hope you guys are not afraid of clicking at the thread.  :lol:

General Discussion / Blurry GIF after PS export, what went wrong? (Absolutely beginner question)

Hi Guys, I started pixeling a few days ago and did some little animation exercises.
The last one was a coin that's spinning around itself. Its dimension are 20x20 pixels. After I exportet it (with the help of an adobe tutorial) as a gif it was completely blurry. Does anybody of you guys know what could have gone wrong?
