Cool dragon design. It's very dark; doesn't pop. This is part of a set I assume. Details get lost in grainyness.

Very nice, many details. The one thing I didn't like was tte colors.
I think it needs more contrast, something like this:

I have to magnify a few times to really even see what's going on. I'd recommend a more neutral color for the background, it's a little dark right now in my opinion. Once I zoom in though, it looks pretty good! Any plans for this guy?

I think it would really improve this if you sorted the pixels out a bit. At the moment it's kind of a random dither and in my opinion that's really hurting its form and readability. Here's a quick edit:
It's very much far from perfect but I think you get the idea.
