ok, I've edited some borders and colors. I think the shadding you did is too complex for me to animate so I leaved it as it was..

Your response to critique does not engender me to want to give you any. If your looking for platitudes of how awsome it is you've come to the wrong place.

Adcrusher did an excelent edit that i think fixes many of your issues. A better approach from that looks too hard i can't do that, would be to try to take on some of his advice whilst keeping it simple so you have ease of animation. We want you to be the best you can be and to do that you need ot try.  :D

This has alot of potential and you should try to realise that. ;D

Looks like he adopted the good part of the edit - the more subtle outline - & disregarded the parts that didn't work - the scribbly cloth & sorta pillowy fur (although the edited arm looked good).
I don't think it reflects his attitude to criticism.

Few suggestions:
Clean up your lines.
Rotate his left ear to face us a bit more.
Bend his left leg or adjust pose - I don't think you'd straighten your leg like that unless you had your centre of gravity above it.
Reshape left foot.

Hi no-named-but-numbered user! thank you for your reply :D

I've done a new edit. I've rotated the left ear and fixed his left leg.

I don't understand what you mean with 'clean up your lines', can you explain me that a little bit more?

Thanks!

No cleaning up your lines means that you have them smooth but not nonexistant.
I'd do an edit for you if I wasn't so goddamn tired :P
Photocopier: the fact that arne can also code so well
Photocopier: is horrificly unfair

Oh :( haha well, what do you think, is bad in the way I did the edit? or looks good?

BTW, I dunno if I should start a new thread for the other characters we're designing (I won't upload all of them, just the first ones to learn all I can before continue with the others)., so here's another one, a ninja gal:

- I like the overall character on the new one here alot, I think it fits better.
- There is something bugging me about the way that sword is coming out the back though, like it's out of position.
- How about some kitty claws? meow? =)
<-- thanks Peppermint Pig

Hi again, we've been drawing more characters :D

This is a samurai fennec

and this is a kung-fu monkey:

And we've editted the old ones:

first, the ninja cat, this time in colors:

And here's the ninja gal. I'll need help with the claws, since I couldn't do a nice edit, so the only change this time is the sword position (you were right Bedelf, it was a little off):

please let us know what you think and what we can improve.

thank you very much!

This reminds me a bit of Brutal: Paws of Fury, if you ever played that one.

Hehe yes! I remember it, it was a fighting game from the 16 bits era :D hahaha. Nice graphic, but I've never liked the game XD

BTW, we are not making a fighting game! :P just a platform one.

Hello! Well, we've been asking for help with our sprites, but then we realized that the sprites were too big for the resolution we're going to use (320 x 480), so we had to change its size to half!

So, we did it, but it's pretty difficult to us in this size, so we need C&C for the latest changes, here they are:

We have trouble mostly doing faces, so any comment or help will be greatly appreciated!

Well, thanks in advance! :)
