I don't agree, I think in designing such a fine piece of craft (possibly even in space, where there is no dirt!), you would take much care to keep it clean, and from being weathered.

Now whether it's built on Earth, on some futuristic space station, or a different planet, could affect that totally, as well as where it's been, such as having a heavy battle, by a big, soily, planet, with lasers and rockets flying into it, shooting up dirt to land way out onto one of the ships.  ::)

But nevertheless, I think it'll be cleaned up time to time.

Bricks just sit there, on Earth, and nobody ever messes with them again. Depending on their location, they get eroded, some more than others.

I don't mean to sound rude, but it looks like she has massive sideburns, what is making her hair cling to the bottom/side of her face like that? You should let it hang, be affected by gravity.

I think it looks pretty cool, retro. But the main character (I think?) doesn't read totally well, I thought it was a duck for a while, but I'm pretty sure it's not, now. And, that wall tile looks really funky, and not like a traditional wall tile at all. I also think the inside background, that green wall, should lose it's highlight, to present darkness better. Especially being under that ceiling, I mean, there's no light in there, so how is it being lit up?

Omfg, fortunato? The one that I know? Haha. Nice to see you here.

Anyways, I love the odd choice of colors, feels very hot, like it would be used in a desert.

Anyway, your mountain looks blobby, the top is pretty well, but the sides are one flat color, and stick out maybe a bit too far. (left/right sides)

I would start by defining some shapes on the sides, giving it some detail, light rocks and dark rocks, cracks, holes, etc.

Right(ours) arm looks VERY cramped in, it would fit best, and add to the pose if you were to stretch his arm out into the air, like the left arm, and I like that little 'bump' where the elbow is supposed to be.

I think you should fix her face up before you draw hair, draw her bald first then draw the hair on. Also, that nose is really long and pointy, probably why the face looks so ugly unattractive. Maybe the mouth should be moved up as well.

Very good, just one little thing that bothers me, though.

After the large hand swipe, I see his head facing the opposite way for a split second before the final slash/throw part of the combo.

It bothers me.
