Don't worry about the no feedback thing.
There's 3 reasons I sometimes don't reply in a thread.
1- the work is too good and I have nothing to add
2- the work is so bad that I can't understand who to fix it
3- the suggestions I have are not immediate making it frustrating for the person to read

in your case is number 3. My only suggestion is to look a bit more into anatomy and how you can stylize it to fit a character like this. But its not something you can just do over lunch break. Anatomy takes time to understand and apply effectively. So don't be demotivated by the lack of replies. It doesn't mean people don't care. they might just not have the right thing to say to help.

He's still very shaky. There's something off about his head position.

People want to include all the motion on an animation, but in this case, the offset of the head in a run animation can be so little, that in such a small sprite, it would be less than a pixel.
that's why it can come out looking "shaky".

I went ahead and changed the leg. I also insisted a bit more on the outline, even though I don't like adding colors when I'm happy with the amount :) but oh well, its for a good reason

I quite like the specularity. makes the tiles look really glossy.
its a bit hard working with so little colors without having to resort to highcontrast or noisy transitions.

I think its really good. its cool to look into the dark areas and find stuff that you didn't see before.
on the bottom floor  theres a pillar in the middle.
It looks like its not on the back wall, but the slab over it has some shading and a gap. this makes it look like its also not on the same plane as the top slab.
so it feels like I don't understand where it stands

yeah the one with the outlines. I like that one better.

but I do feel that the characters with outlines are interactive. so maybe not have them on the ones that aren't... as a gameplay gimmick
