Hi and welcome! This is a fun and well-made character, in good colors. The animation gives a bit of life, it's not very complex but there's only so much you can do with only 3 frames.
At this point I would do other characters. Some body parts of this one are criticizable, but they are very dark anyway, so improvement would not be very noticeable. It's a pity the belt is not very visible as it's really well done, but I suppose it's meant to be an integrated part of this dark clothing.
The AD&D bestiary is full of very interesting creatures!

It's very interesting for people to see the robe folds that you wanted to represent.
