Ok here's a link because I don't seem to get this img/img thing.
Like just point me in the right direction, I'd prefer it if you didn't use my sprite because then I'm probably just gonna copy it // I'm really lazy. But like point me in the right direction I don't really know how to make an walking animation with 2px feet.

I made you a little example based off these basic walk poses from the animators survival kit
http://courses.cs.washington.edu/courses/cse464/12wi/assignments/assignment_4/images/contact_method.jpg
I dont know how experienced you are at walk cycles, but a key thing to notice there is that the pelvis moves up and down in the different poses. In my example I keep the legs at 2 pixels tall for the 2 lower poses and stretch the legs to 3 pixels tall for the higher poses. This vertical movement helps it read as a walk, and the extra pixel of height in 2 of the poses gives you more room to work with too.
and sorry I dont have any software to save gifs right now

Yep. For really small sizes, vertical movement is the best way to convey a walk. It will also give you room to do cool things like making the plume bob up and down

Yes, and when I do, my whole screen jumps around and is filled with teal and I have to use the scroll bars to look for the actual art?

Id suggest not working on that teal background too. Just because your character blends in with it so much that its really hard to see the animation without zooming in. Use a background that makes him pop out so you can see the animation more easily.
