Sohashu, I think it would be a shame to have your tiles edited because, as someone already mentioned, the nice thing about this is that everyones tile is unique to them.
I will do some c&c though if I may.
As it stands your tiles do stand out a bit, not because of technical ability, but there are a few things that stops them fitting into the overall style.
Now I know there were only a few tiles to work from when you did yours, but looking over the rest of the peice now I can see:
-edge tiles have a black outline
-characters have a black/dark outline
-characters have very distinctive proportions
-characters are flat shaded
I see one thing you did pick up on was TakaMs short grass style (although you might want to check some of the angles of the darker lines) so that helps.
I think following the points above would make the world of difference. Probably the hardest would be if you wanted to adapt your character to the proportions of the others. I had a rough go myself:
The only other point I would make is that some of the parts seem a little obscure, I'm not sure what the things either side of the character are, but youve done a good job putting some motion into the scene.
