Hello.
The crotch part looks like its illuminated from below. One half's pretty obviously mirrored. Also, colour-wise everything is evenly saturated which makes your hues look dull. Consider using less saturation for darker shades and also vary the colours slightly for darker and lighter tones i.e. slight purple for shadows (colder) and more orange for highlights for instance. Let the shading define your shapes more; folds in the clothing etc.
