Here's my edit of the bat creature...person...thing...what ev'.(It's a little sloppy cuz I just drew it an hour ago...haven't tried to refine it yet. And compared to some edits around here, I'm outclassed big time.)

I Agree with Indigo, here. I'm completely a dog person. I don't see the fascination in people who love cats. Of all the cats I've seen as pets, ONLY ONE has ever been playful, or responsive. The majority of cats I've seen give no care what so ever as to who feeds them. I find them very snobbish, and practically skitzo-fied. I remember once  I was taking a shower, and a friends cat was in my room as I walked in with nothing but my birthday suit, and a towel. As soon as I headed toward my clothes, the damn cat tried to attack my "giggle stick", and I immediately threw it's ass half way across the room. I wanted to kick it so bad, but it wasn't my cat. I'm a dog person, all the 'effin way.(Damn, I miss my pit bull...)

Never been into Zelda, I think Halo and Halo2 are ok(but I'm no fanboy of the series), and I'm not into first person shooters...

@Rox: That was pretty neat. Reminded me of an actual movie preview. I wonder if the're going to change anything groundbreaking with the gameplay, seeing as how Halo 3 will definitely be put up against Gears of War in terms of best FPS for Xbox360.

Oh, and I thought I was the only one who got the Earthworm Jim feel from these things:  :n: :y:

Holy smokes. Nice work here. Great portfolio you got going there. I love the the trippy art. I must say though, some of your oekaki have complete ass-loads of potential to be great pixel art. But I guess, it must be the whole artistic border thing. You know, where you feel as though it would look better, but you'd rather leave it be, fearing you might mess it up, or ruin what worth it had.(Either that, or just be a lazy bastard and not finish them....we all know which one you chose....)
The Clint Eastwood rough sketch/Oekaki is my fave of the bunch....Him and the protruding, red nose-screaming guy are 5 sorts of Ass-ome...

General Discussion / Re: pixel god video in MS Paint!

I thought it was alright. My only problem with it, is why even bother with M.S. Paint, when he could have just used illustrator to vector it. No big differences in what he was really trying to achieve with the outcome; using curve tools, filling in simple shades, and....using curve tools(not trying to slight any vector users, by the way).
Now all of this initially said would be invalid if he didn't have some sort of high grade program like illustrator, or photoshop to achieve something like this, but after checking out his other works at his web site, it would be best to assume he has the proper tools to pull it off. Besides, I always thought pixel art was best described as the exact placement of pixels to create a piece, in which case, smaller pieces show execution the best in the majority of cases. In this case, it might be feasible to let it slide, but would be best to just move it to another genre of art: Vector.
Must have just been a show-off attempt to make others believe, "aww man, I can't even write out my own name in M.S. Paint, let alone draw a car! Awesome!!" Must be hard for me believe it, or maybe me just being a prick, but I use M.S. Paint and do not find this that entertaining. It's ok, but not great. I think he should try pulling for the name "Vector God" instead, and even so, he still wouldn't be better than some vector artists I've seen lately. But then again, it's just my opinion...

Bah! Love the final edit. I like the fact that you relaxed the shoulders a bit(or at least, you switched the scarf/hankerchef, or however the crap you spell it, with a smaller one to show her hair, hence creating the illusion, that her shoulders have dropped...) , and fixed some of the tiny perspective issues, such as the nostril and lenses.. And butt-chins are sexy, no matter what the public tells you. I like the addition of the darkest purple hue, however, I don't think it should be shown that strong from underneath one breast to another. I would try blending it into the second darkest purple, towards the chest plate, to show more form. I would still love to see her with a black outline though, just to see the difference it makes with, and without one.
Great Job, Al-Ass-Kan Man. Ya dun good, boy, ya dun good...

Actually, I'd prefer the moon outlined. Keeps it better with the style, in my opinion. I also love the buildings behind him. makes it look much more complete, and very composite. I tried to make 2 edits, one with the preferred buildings behind the character( as AdamAtomic suggested), and the other without. I basically tried to revamp the character with some highlights, and stylize the buildings as well as the moon. I must say though, the white outline around the moon was a smidge hard to work with. Although the limited palette you chose was arse'ome.

P.S. I break perspectives, and original styles for a living...grr...
