Ya there are quite a few crits actually.
I highly recommend finding some reference. A picture of a similar pose that you can study from. If nothing else you can go to posemaniacs.com and find a pose with a similar angle.
Now I did a paintover of your portrait to show you the correct ( or close anyway ) proportions for the pose your trying to draw.

I would find a basic tutorial on how to draw a human face. I think there are a few on this site in the general section.
Just a few of the major problems.. The left eye is too close to the edge of the face ( for that angle ). The forehead is too prominent, makes her look like an infant. No chin. The left shoulder ( your left ) is sagging.
Keep up the effort, the only way to get good is by practice. Oh yes, and study some reference.
Oh ya and I like the roman, but his cape looks like a solid object.
