Pixel Art / Some help with Banding and Dithering. Also contrast.

Hey all! I'm new to pixel art and I got inspired to do some pieces.
I just started working with color and shades and found some neat tutorials out there so I decided to make 2 pieces for you guys to give your opinions on:
