Personally, I hate work at the time of doing it, but afterwards I feel so much better. I try to take jobs that require physical labor more than anything else because I have all this built up energy that pixelling and watching Youtube videos just doesn't deplete. When I have to wax cars until my arms feel like they're on fire, or mop bleachers after a hockey game until I feel like I can't take another step up those slippery concrete steps, I hate life at the time. When I wake up the next day though, I just feel refreshed. A feeling that's something like "I'm glad I got that out."
But my legs still ache. Of course.
