Most obvious thing is the wall is too bright and the lines are too dark.
This much contrast competes for attention with the sprite layer so inspect ur values and contain them according to their depth and priority.
Likewise while i understand the style reference of using outlines on the clouds, the lines seem too dark plus there is a sudden hue shift which creates too much contrast.
I also think the grid on the wall can be enlarged a bit.
The reason is its causing a bit too much detail imo which again competes for attention.
