Reminds me of a Metal Slug enemy (can't remember which MS in particular). His torso and arms don't move enough. And I agree with what Regulus Awesome said.

I would like you to notice the cheekbone and the frowning more though. As well as the hairline. I changed the expression because the last one made him look uncomfortable (well, the lip area looked quite scrunched up and incorrect, especially those lines that mark the sides of the mouth).

I really like Plato and Guy :)
The zombie seems like he has an utensil in his hand, whereas it is his forearm (if I'm not mistaken), and the pose could be exagerated twofold. Satan looks a lot like Saffron.
I'm definitely looking forward to progress.

I would use more green on the guy, maybe replace the grey by green, as well as adding red. I'd look back at Eyecraft's chart (it's very handy, in fact I used it for a C64 piece... in fact I'll say THANK YOU! Eyecraft for such a constructive sheet)
Anyway, this is turning out well :)

It's looking good. I was going to suggest that you put some backdrop on that platform, but it isn't worth it and will have this cluttered look.
I think that you should make the platform seem less like it's floating (yes, I did notice the BG below it), so maybe work on some tiles that make it seem more like it's one rock (rather than a backdrop, and then a "floating" platform).

Je trouve que le design du vaisseau est pas mal, un peu comme un mélange entre Star Wars et Albator... J'ai hâte de voir ça avec des textures!
I think the ship's design's not bad, a bit like a cross between Star Wars and Captain Harlock... I can't wait to see that with textures!
