Unpaid Work / Looking for a talented pixel artist for a game we can create!

I really got inspired to create a game but I am not very artistic but I am creative at heart. Hopefully i can find a talented pixel artist that just wants his or her creations to be enjoyed by tons of people. I want to make a 2d
hack and slash rpg with pixel art and animation that is in the style of something like:

It can be taken slow I have no set deadline but it can be worked on to make it a great game that we all enjoy and others do also.
This game is just for fun and to be enjoyed but later down the line if we put it out for money you will be payed.
