looking good, I like the colors, and same with the demo. I think it has a consistent feel. Have you tried the sprtes without a black,
also I noticed that for the run there's little  up and down motion, maybe consider some more...

Hey, cool sprite, lots of character for sure, I like the face ecspecially.
One thing I could mention is, mind you, I don't know his fighting style, but the stance isn't very "I'ma kick yo ass"...

nice collection, I like the big sprite, I guess he's a boss? He's kind of reminiscent of the two headed Ghost and Goblins boss. One thing that stands out, for me, is the shading in the hair for a few characters-it looks a bit too round.
"customers always right" ;)

Hey what's up?
I thought I'd give my pixel art portfolio a shot of espresso, and offer to help with the temple/block building animation from all 4 isometric angles of ancient construction workers for the following idea(read on for explanation), kind of a crazy block building strategy game...

for level one, the player has to make "ramps" and "supports" to finish the temple properly. I guess the rules dictate you have to have a one small block maximum vertical distance to drag the big pieces on top, and proper supports for the "wall" blocks.

Peace

Hey, looking good, if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a pixel piece is worth a kilobyte of code  ;)
As for Urban decay, your missing the drug abuse.....
(do you mean actual urban decay, or is Urban Decay a name of something?)
when's the t-shirt available?
peace

Hey, looking good. One thing I can say, in my opinion, is that the dithering is not uniform enough.Or do you still have to dither the shirt, etc. Also the pink tone sticks out to me.
peace!
