Cyangmou, it seems like you have problems dividing different face types into facial planes. What worked for me, trying to figure it out, is studying exaggerated 3D wireframes. The way that 3D artists NEED to conservatively preserve facial planes makes them experts in the matter. The following image was wonderful for me:

Basically, try drawing the faces in the image, paying extra special attention to what is similar in all four and what is different and why. It seems to me like you understand the facial anatomy well, but have problems seeing how it deforms, so your construction is lacking. Your perception is fine, so the resulting image looks fine, but feels slightly off (because it's not volumetrically solid)
