The arm still bends a bit in the forward swing which makes it look unnatural, swing your arm and notice how it stays straight through the entire swing. Try this:
The tail looks like it just changes shape, I think it would look better if you can make it swing side to side...I'll try to illustrate what I'm talking about and will post back.
Thanks for advice.

you're actually stretching the arm when you bend it
Hand looks better, but shoulder...
