My first critique would be direct linking with image tags, rather than posting your deviantart link

upload it on a free image site (imageshack.us) or take the direct link of your deviantart

Anyways:

I suggest you viewing some tutorials for isumetric pixelart, you've got the "basics" right but in terms of aesthetics you should lookup additionally anatomy studies and what not (optional)
