use your palette to do the defining, have yourself a good set of colour ranging from light to dark and use those em to place in muscles and shading. Something like this, haha dont take the head too seriously.

You're still off with the proportions though if your trying to go by what people have said above.
I've not got anything interesting to type here..

That torso has alot more depth, not just because of shading, it's muscle plasements and waist got a bunch of realism added onto it, nice one.

hiddddde:

perspective issues: assuming you wanted the isometric type. Hands and eyes were almost at the same height, while the feet were exaggeratedly perspectivated.

colors: didn't want to add a huge amount of contrast, since you seem to be really satisfied with the washed up look (it's one of the few things you have barely touched since your first post).
I did tweaked colors a little though, since I realized you did have quite a few skin shades, but they were all looking the same, because of the way you've used them.
So I'm suggesting the use of alternative moderately washed up colors.

Anatomy: Although your progress it's pretty clear to anyone following this post, I felt there's still room for improvement. One of the mistakes you've made: some muscle/bone volumes are represented with a line: abdomen, knees, chest... try to represent this with shades, instead of just drawing a line around them.

Shorts: the shorts I did are just crappy.  :blind:
You could add a bit more contrast to yours, but mine are looking like two church bells.

Keep up the good job, mate! You're sure moving forward.

Cheers,
-Stefano

And another EDIT:
The shape of his arm was a lilltle bit strange because it went from big to small
So I changed the shape a bit. But now I'm with another problem. His legs have a bad shape and shadow...

i'm glad to see you've started to break the outline from a solid colour (on the arm). that's shows good technical progression.

in terms of getting the legs right try finding some good reference to help you. there are websites setup to supply artist with good reference photos such as www.3d.sk/. you might manage with the preview photos there alternatively scourer google...
