Hello! When you run do you wag your head side to side?
Act out each of these actions for a while, and consider your limbs as you go through them. Then take some paper and draw out your keyframes while going back into these actions and freezing on what you feel to be the extremes of each pose. Really internalize the movement. I even do this when I'm animating a robot/non human. Feel the forces.
The effort is certainly present, but I feel there's a bit much of working from the previous frame going on. With a bit of planning these could come a long way.
