Biggest thing that I saw was that it seems incredibly out of depth, the angle suggests a front top camera, but the size of the legs and of everything in general I guess seems to imply that the feet are closest to the camera, but I don't really get a sense of depth from any of the shading, it all seems like it is on the same plane.
If you care about color conservation at all the number of near-whites could be reduced by quite a few, if not then you could use the same mid-shades that the arms and legs have on the hands so they seem smoother.
