For a clown, a suitable palette.. but I'm trying to figure out what you've done so far.. one leg and a head?

I'd say redo it. I can't even figure out WHAT is going on.

I have no clue what I'm looking at. Okay, I have a clue, but I'm pretty confused.

I get it. Its a head with a big uncolored fro, a red nose, and white makeup on the eyes. The bottom part is blue baggy pants with red dots. The 6-98 part doesn't make any sense to me. -92? Does this have some significance?

sorry to say they are right. A lot of it is far to hard to work with, however I can make out a lot of it and so it can be recycled, I immediately got the fro and face, and with some detail edits that shouldnt be a problem but i dont get the red on the fro im afraid. The foot is fine, but the bants are too hard to understand perhaps you could redo them using the same line art and a different palette going for simplicity first, heres an edit of the face as there are some problems namely the ear which I chainged a little but needs a few more changes, also the neck needed a few changes, plus i added the mouth and eyes to help people out.
