Here's a small sprite I've been working on, supposed to be of a one-eyed satyr-like monster. I really don't have too much practice with sprites, and I'm especially iffy about the pose. Looking for criticism and tips.

This is actually only the second thing I've done in pixel art, and I would like to know how I can improve, especially in drawing figures, which I've always been terrible at, though I'm going for a more cartoon-ish look here.
