Pixel Art / My first pixel art work, for critique

Hey there!
I am Tau and I am new to pixelation, and pixel art as well.
I found this forum accidentally today, and I think people here are really nice! So I registered and even decided to practise pixel art from this week!
Thank you guys!
Hopefully, I should produce at least one work each week. If not, I will have to pay my husband $15 each time, to buy stuffs he like… I guess most likely that means games!
Here’s what I’ve done today.
No. 001 Pixel Art: A cute link
This is my first pixel art, if not considering those simple attempts before. So I use a reference image, and did some improvements based on my understanding.
Here’s an enlarged version for more details:
