I like them. :)

It's a nice style you have there.
Don't see anything that sticks out as wrong anymore.

The right leg when it's forward in the walking animation with arms looks like he misplaced his hip. =/

I kinda like the action lines imo, not sure on what others says about it.
And yes, the left punch looks a bit..."stale"? Try to make it the harder hitting punch?
Also, I like the right hand punch, really packs a punch and looks way better with the transition. :)
As for the upper cut, try and make it more infront of him, as the uppercut really looks to be quite too short to be of any use. try to make it hit alittle longer infront?

Here's a good hint, try and find a camera you have, any kind, and then take a photograph on yourself while holding the camera above your head's height. :)
That'll give you a better idea then what any words ever can say.

Sometimes it's good to have reference after all.

Challenges & Activities / Re: Possible activity discussion.

the challenge would be that you have to make a band stage or something there alike that is based on your favorite video game(s) and submit it, and then we can have some sort of public votes to see whos is best.

I'm kinda interested in this. :P Scratch Sprites and a stage, the theme of one of your favourite all time games with characters acting as a band of artists. Animated/non Animated versions.
Hmm....

Firstly, everything in your sprite is more or less 1:1 proportion on the angle, he looks like he's just in our straight eyeview. You need to make him look down firstly, and then reapply that setting to the rest of his body. The Red line shows you why it looks like he is walking to us, as that's the angle you see. If you move your camera more upwards into the sky instead, most of his proportion should shrink on main body, as seen in my doodle. Also tilting all the details as well.

Let's begin there, shall we?

Random Long range Smack down, No graphic effect of the Ground hit not shown yet.

This was just cause I wanted to see how they made him back in the days, one of my favourite games after all. :)

Might add more soon, as this was slightly fun.

This may break the 3colour + Transperancy though, hmm.
Remember, its not really 4 colours per sprite, its 3 colours + transparency. So black + white + green + flesh + trans = 5.
But doesn't the original sprite have all of those?

Oh thought the clothes looked rather modern on your 2 main spritesheets.

If you want him to look young, make a portrait of him to make it more obvious.

And somehow he looks more of a death skull spartan, which isn't that bad. :) He looks solid enough. Maybe make his legs longer though to keep the proportions better.

Toushiro and Yorouchi has the same face build so doesn't matter. :P
The rounding looks better, but it still looks off on the top head part. Also, try and add a third skin tone to help elevate the 2d face.

Try and round the hair that works as well. :)

And somehow that face reminded me of a game, but couldn't pick which, Guess it might be from there.

Let me guess, Tōshirō Hitsugaya from Bleach DS game?
