Budget limited to the XXX$ range.

I would need:
- 80 illustrations for characters (full body, no background)
- 20 illustrations for other cards
- help with the user interface (map, card frame, main menu).
There would be more and more in the future if you are interested.
It will be a game for smartphones and iphones, so the illustration will need to fit a phone screen (to give an idea of the size of the illustrations).

I have a clear idea about the game mechanics but am still open regarding the ambientation.
Possible themes I could be interested into:
- modern gangs (motorcycle bikers, etc)
- cyberpunk
- noir (30s gangsters)
- dark fantasy/anything
- twisted/bizarre
Not interested into anything manga-like.

There would need to be sexy women, melee fighters, and maybe some androids/robots and dogs.
